DI-SOLUTIONS carries out industrial audits and designs the instruments and software that extend them. Our solutions are built for real African field conditions: unstable grids, power cuts, intermittent connectivity and mobile payment.
Most industrial solutions available locally are imported and designed elsewhere. We design ours here, treating local constraints as the starting point rather than an exception.
Acquisition boards and firmware for electrical and thermal energy: data loggers, sensors, measurement chains and data transmission to a platform.
Operations and maintenance applications designed to work offline and synchronise when the network returns.
Energy audits, maintenance studies, sizing, and training of technical teams on deployed systems.
We focus on two offers and state honestly how mature each one is.
Management software for hardware and trading stores: items, stock entries, sales, customer credit and dashboard. Works offline at the point of sale and synchronises without losing any transaction.
Pilot in preparationThe DI-LOGGER data logger records electrical and thermal quantities on site (power, power factor, harmonics, temperatures), and the DI-AUTOMATOR platform centralises measurements and produces audit indicators.
Prototype under validationSite visit, interviews and review of energy bills, followed by a written scope: measurement points, deliverables, schedule, and a quote separating firm and estimated items.
Loggers installed on selected feeders, usually for at least seven days to cover a full operating cycle: voltages, currents, active and reactive power, power factor, harmonics, temperatures.
Measurements assessed against common power quality references (EN 50160, IEEE 519): reactive power compensation, harmonics, unbalance, off-production consumption, resonance risks.
Written report with measurements, findings and a prioritised action plan, costed in investment and expected savings, presented to your teams.
DI-SOLUTIONS is led by Dr.-Ing. TCHAMDJIO NKOUETCHA Emeric, PhD in engineering sciences (electrical power systems, 2021), member of the ERSEE research team, author of more than 20 peer-reviewed articles on bio-based insulating liquids for power transformers, and reviewer for several international journals.
A measurement campaign to launch, equipment to make more reliable, a business application to design. Tell us what you need and we will come back with a scoping proposal.
